His design of vertical granite slabs, arranged in a circular pattern, topped by a capstone slab, is reminiscent of the ancient Stonehenge layout. Most importantly these stones, which were inscribed as being dedicated to an “Age of Reason”, are engraved with a list of world societal guidelines similar in structure to the “Ten Commandments” (in fact, often referred to as “The Ten Commandments of the New World Order”, or the like), but far darker in their worldwide ramifications. They include instructions such as keeping the world’s population limited to 500,000 (requiring an approximate 93% reduction from current levels), world courts, and a single world language. Mr. Smith delved deep into the origins of this monument, and directly interviewed the few remaining witnesses to the construction project, including the banker who exists as the only person to know “R.C. Christian’s” true identity. Mr. Smith unveils his own theories as to who “R. C. Christian” really is, including a possibly shocking internationally-known figure.
